Birds & Turtle

The baby birds (5 of them) had a nest right outside our bedroom window and we watched them for a couple of weeks. Mom was staying with us so she had a lot of fun watching them along with the twins.

The snapping turtle just showed up in our yard after a good rain. The picture doesn't do it justice, it is a lot bigger than it looks, I went out in the rain to see how big it was.

New Kitten

Since the loss of our 14 year old cat, Pepper we have been blessed with a kitten, Tinkerbelle. She will never replace Pepper, but it will fill a void and give our 18 year old cat, Tabby something to think about instead of her missing her sister, Pepper.

New's Year Dinner 2009

We went to Mazzio's Pizza for dinner instead of the usual cooking. Sandy was sick so her family couldn't attend, they were missed. We ate enough for them. As you can see I am not in the picture, I was taking them.
